When you become a foster parent, you are part of a child’s forever story.
Foster parenting is a major life decision and can be one of the most rewarding choices you’ll ever make. We are thrilled you are interested in learning more and we are here to help you every step of the way!
Here’s how the process works:
STEP ONE
Set up a time to chat with one of our knowledgeable team members. They can answer all of your questions, provide you with any additional information needed and help you start the application process.
STEP TWO
Once your application is approved, our dedicated team will walk you through every step of the onboarding process including paperwork, training and state-required documents. Typically, it takes around 3-4 months to become licensed.
STEP THREE
After completing all requirements, you can take your first placement as a licensed foster parent! You will continue to stay up to date on trainings and be connected with a foster care worker as your main point of contact.
