Rachel has been working in the child welfare system for over seven years and has seen multiple sides of the system. Rachel has been working with for TFI for over 4 years and has been a Foster Parent Preparation Specialist since February of 2024. Rachel enjoys music, both listening and playing piano, reading, and spending time with her husband and children. She loves to vacation and experience new places with her family. Rachel is so excited to work with you and to help you get through the licensing process as easily as possible!

With a background as a foster child, I am passionate about supporting others in their journey to become foster parents. I possess an associate degree in business and accounting and live in Stilwell with my husband and three children. My interests include spending quality time with family, playing baseball, fishing, hunting, and engaging in board games.

Kaci has worked with TFI as a Prep Specialist for 3 years, working with families as they begin their foster care journey. Prior to that, Kaci was a foster parent with TFI and adopted her son through foster care. In her free time, Kaci enjoys reading books, spending time with her son, walking her dog, and traveling any chance she gets. Kaci looks forward to working with you and helping you get started with your own foster care journey!
